Assuming you mean than one does not have to use 'LeakTracer', then
this seems to be true - I can't be certain because I can't get Mahogany
to  build anywhere at present, one difficulty is with wxCheckCast( ),
which Mac OS X seems not to pick up from 'object.h' ...

I am using the Memory Debugging/Tracing within wxWindows
because that is on the bug list for the wxmac release candidate
