As far as I can see, this is the only situation when your patch helps but this seems impossible to me :-( Alternatively, would it be enough to simply not set LOCAL->hasbody to T in such case? Sorry to ask you about all this but I still haven't been able to reproduce the bug myself. To be honest, by now I even forgot what was the best way to try to reproduce it, could you please remind me?
