Hello, there are no Win32 binaries with Python built in because it's not vey useful to the users in its current state -- but only to the developers and the developers are supposed to be able to build the program themselves from sources. If you want to help with bringing Python support back to life, it would be much appreciated (and I don't think it would be very difficult neither, but it surely would be quite interesting), but in its current state it won't be very useful to you.
