I'll try --with-modules=dynamic on the new build.

I am using wxWindows CVS TWX_2_4_BRANCH.  Is this still appropriate?

Glad to.  Thank you for the quick turn around.

I am running a newly compiled debug version now.  I've already opened
both POP and both IMAP folders without failure.  I was able to fetch
headers via MyRealBox IMAP and fetch a test message via MyRealBox POP.
