The simplest way I found to avoid all crashes was to remove the all the
'busy indicator' stuff from HeaderInfoListImpl::BuildTables(), and not
create the BusyIndicator at all.

I just saw that all this code could already be disabled thanks to the
'Show busy dialog while sorting/threading option'. I will re-enable the
code, and disable the option, just to be sure.
