At least the accounts were migrated so one less thing to do :-) Can it be made to CC [EMAIL PROTECTED] for all actions that take place so I can keep an eye on matters I need to know about and so that as soon as each new bug report comes in, I can engage the reporter in some sort of dialogue while we decide what to do. I've noticed far too many bugs have been reported but didn't get any repsonse so I'm going to try and keep the reporter interested till the component owner takes over. This seems a good tech support / QA thing to do.
