 No, not really, I hate this cruft in MBOX files as well. It's true that
MBOX driver is not very functional without it, however :-(

 Great, thanks a lot, applied! Several people has asked for it in the past
and it will surely be useful. Your patch was perfect as well (I especially
appreciated the patch to the manual) except for one tiny detail: please use
_(), not _T() around the messages which should be shown to the user. See
