"Edit|Preferences...", and going to the "Folders" page
there is an item
"Ask if the message size >"
I would prefer the options to be as follows
(with radio buttons).
If the message size (in kB, including attachments)
is great than [ ]
then Mahogany should
[ ] not download the message
[ ] ask before downloading the message
