I started thinking about it, because I had to extend it considerably to
implement simple feature (hiding subject and sender).

I think that, from user's point of view, popular language like Python is
more attractive than Mahogany-specific language. When there will be
possibility to easily use Python in filters, our filtering language will be
redundant and, depending on Gui implementation, probably confused with
Python. As I have said, it gives little improvement in availability once
Python is compiled on all platforms and integrated into Gui.

So *when* Python will work, I would like to use it in Gui instead of
filtering language, and I would like to simplify implementation of Gui
filters by skipping script generation stage.
