[switching this over to mahogany-developers]
another question:
if i need a dialog resembling but not the same as, say,
wxFolderFiltersDialog (to allow the user to pick an arbitrary set of
filters to apply to a selected set of messages), do i just cut-and-paste
and develope my new dialog, or is there some standard for
reusability?
