If you change anything in Properties for a POP3 or IMAP folder, OK and Apply do
nothing if the "User name" field of the Access tab is non-blank.
Workaround: if you clear the "User name" and select OK, you get the warning about
leaving it blank; if you choose Yes then the Properties dialog will accept the changes
and close. However, when you go back in, the "User name" field has been restored to
the default setting.
