It seems to work incorrectly. How to reproduce:
Look in "Reenable disabled message boxes..." - there are only
entries for some folders for "expunge deleted messages before
closing the folder" setting, not for "all folders".
Delete some messages in some folder w/o expunging and leave
the folder (which of course should not be in "Reenable...").
Press Yes in a next dialog box ("Don't show this message again"
is checked, as well as "just for this folder"; "for all folders"
is not checked).
Look in "Reenable..." again - "expunge deleted messages before
closing the folder" is "yes" for "all folders". IMHO it should be
for the folder which I left instead.
