 sorry for the very late reply, I've somehow forgot to apply this patch --
done now, thanks a lot!

 After looking at the code it would seem that a better way would be to fix
wxHtmlTagsCache ctor to deal with this particular case of brokenness as
well but it seems to be much more complicated and, in any case, an extra
check in QueryTag is still more robust so I've decided to do it like you
did instead of spending time on fixing the ctor.
