Yes, but I want old behaviour back too. With Shift-Ins I need to select the URL
in address bar and paste over the new URL, and then press Enter, while I press
only middle mouse button anywhere in a page (not over existing link of course).

Yes. Option probably isn't needed, as we already have a lot of them, unless
