No, primary recipient is the original From address. But I found out that it 
differs
whether the addresses in Cc are with full name or just addresses. For example
(I sent 2 messages to you):

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you reply to all, you correctly get [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
in cc lines.

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
cc: Someone2 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, Someone <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

If you reply to all, you incorrectly get [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL 
PROTECTED] in To lines (instead of Cc).
