I'm traveling and cannot pursue this in detail but thought I shd report: I installed Mahogany under Windows XP and I cannot exit normally. (Mahogany crashes on exit.)
If I recall, similar behavior has been reported before under Win2000. But I have no problems under Win2000 whereas under XP I crashed Mahogany every time no matter how I tried to exit.
