 There is indeed no explicit support for multiple monitors in Mahogany. It
could be added quite easily probably but I can't test it myself (as I have
only one) so I'd need someone else to help me with this. If you're
interested, please enter a "wish" about this into the bug tracker and I'll
get back to it when I have time for it.

 For now I think the best would be not to maximize it at all but to
manually resize it to fill the entire second monitor -- then it should
restore to the same position/size during the next run.
