There is, it's called fix_url, as in:
bin/withlist -l -r fix_url <listname>
which will rebuild the value of web_page_url based on the defaults in
Defaults.py and mm_cfg.py.
(I asked this question before, which is the only reason I know the
answer; perhaps an entry in the FAQ is in order? :-)
