The license may be a tiny bit weird right now because some stuff was still in beta and code hadn't yet been released, but we've got a public svn repository up now (svn://svn.sxip.org/trunk anon/anon) and I believe everything falls under the Apache 1.1 license. I am not a big licensing guy myself, I'm of the mentality that everything should be given freely so who cares about licenses, but we've got a licensing pro on board (Zak Greant, he did a lot of GPL work while trying to fix MySQL's licenses) and I'm confident that the open source community will have no problems with using the software.
Well, its good to hear that your intentions are honourable. The thing about licences is that we don't have to guess about the intentions of your successors, or how your own intentions might change - so its also good that you have someone on board to sort that out.
