Um, oops!  I think we've decided on Python 2.3 for Mailman 2.2.  I'd  
still like to settle on Python 2.4 but the last time we talked about  
this the consensus was that too many current distros still include  
just 2.3.  If that's the case, we'll have to get rid of these  
decorators. :(
