Wrong problem. The users Michael is representing want a one-button MUA. Now, nobody has come close to the one-button MUA yet (vc.el is pretty close, but unfortunately it's not an MUA), but the fact is that a *very* large proportion (not to be identified with the value "95%+", lest we rock Mark's coffin) of users get along perfectly well with only one reply button *as long as all their lists munge Reply-To*.
