Looks like upstream released zope.interface 4.1.0, but this hasn't been pulled into Debian or Ubuntu yet. This breaks other dependencies referenced by --system-site-packages. I'll work on getting a newer zope.interface into the distros, but in the meantime, when the `python setup.py develop` command stops with this error, just `pip install -U zope.interface` and then run the develop command again. -Barry
