Hi Shashi. You can install this package via epel ( https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/nodejs-less-1.7.0-2.el7.noarch.rpm.html ).
You may also install it via npm. Try npm install --global less and it will install lessc in your global nodejs package storage.
