Hi,

we are running a mailman service along with our mail server and recently we
have noticed one institution gets lots of bounce messages like below and unable
to find the route cause. if any inputs really appreciated. some cases mails
are partially delivered but not to all members.

Error

    List: Comphealth_all
    Member: og-haicu-u...@domain.com
    Action: Subscription deaktiviert.
    Reason: Excessive or fatal bounces.

<og-haicu-u...@domain.com>: service unavailable. Command output:
SMTPclient: unexpected reply: 571 571 Sender is not allowed to email this
    distribution list: og-haicu-user@domain.com_

It appears that og-haicu-u...@domain.com is a member of the Comphealth_all list but mail from this list or from the poster of this message is not being accepted for og-haicu-u...@domain.com. It is up to whoever subscribed og-haicu-u...@domain.com it the Comphealth_all list to rectify this. In tyhe mean time, delivery to og-haicu-u...@domain.com from the list is disabled and should remain so.
