This is a problem that I had before. Creating a new email list, adding members - all goes well the members can send email to the list and it is sent out.
Create an email list and import configuration data from mailman 2.1.20 *sometimes* has problems - mail is received, archived but not sent out. This is only sometimes. One list that I had the problem with I eventually got it to send out email, but I cannot remember exactly what I did.
