That is one of about five hundred lines that can be revealed by invoking:
mailman@localhost:~$ mailman conf which one can override by editing (wherever your mailman.cfg file is ... see response to :~$ mailman info) .../etc/mailman.cfg which includes in its opening comments a pointer towards: https://mailman.readthedocs.io/en/latest/src/mailman/config/docs/config.html There is a lot of information to be organized there, not to mention providing context which may be crucial for some to understand the information.
