The error message says it all :-) 

Re-run the configure script and include --with-mail-gid=99

You'll need to do a make clean. The install file gives step by step
instructions on configuring Mailman as well as how to re-configure if you
screw up the first time(s). For the most part, follow these instructions
WORD-for-WORD.
