Hello,

I've installed and configured mailman 2.0.5. Its online at
http://lab.applinet.nl/mailman/listinfo. Most of it works: I can
create a test list, view the listinfo, subscribe and as a member
change my personal configuration.

But as soon as I go to the administrative interface of my test list
(http://lab.applinet.nl/mailman/admin/test) I get an "Internal Server
Error", instead of the Administrative Authentication page.

This message is in the Apache error log.
[Sun Jul 8 14:33:50 2001] [error] [client 194.109.250.148] Premature
end of script headers: /home/mailman/cgi-bin/admin

There are not other related messages in the http log, syslog and
~mailman/logs.

The first time I installed mailman, I forgot about --with-mail-gid and
--with-cgi-gid, so I got the "expected gid" error messages bot on the
mail and the web interface. I fixed that with make clean, configure
with the right options, make and make install. Since most of the
functionality works now, I would say I got the gid's right.

What am I overlooking, or what can I do to find the cause of this
problem?

Versions:
- Mailman 2.0.5
- Apache 1.3.19
- Postfix 20010228-pl03
- Red Hat Linux 7.1 (sendmail removed and replaced by Postfix)

Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Regards,
René Pijlman
