Check the lock files in ~mailman/locks/ If there are any lock files check the processes and see if they are actually running. The process is part of the name of the lock file. Kill any processes that are frozen and then delete the lock files for them.
Have you upgraded or changed your browser lately? This could cause problems when trying to access the Admin pages.
