In that case, you probably have an error message to share with us that would help.  If not, check your log files for your MTA as well as those for Mailman.
 
My initial guess is that your machine has very strict rules about relaying mail.

the problems I had with 2.0.6.  I am running mailman on RH 7.2 and any help would be appreciated.
