I am a list administrator using mailman and everything works fine except that once in a while one of the users (randomly - including myself) loses one of the messages. We noticed it had nothing to do with the individual's mail server or mail program but with mailman itself - or the server it's on.
Anyone have any clue to why this is happening and how to fix it? The loss is about 1% on average between the subscribers and has nothing to do with mail-filters. Also, there are no mails in the queue.
