I am trying to custumize the root listinfo page (http://studentorgs.utmb.edu/mailman/listinfo) Our institution requires a standard header and footer. http://studentorgs.utmb.edu/mailman/listinfo/fpsa I have made the individual listinfo pages compliant with this requirement but have not found any template files to edit that change the root listinfo page.
