Message has implicit destination

The list address is present in either the To: or CC: fields, so I’m confused about the cause.  One thing which I noticed in the header was “(may be forged)”.  If this is the culprit, how should I configure to allow these message to pass thru?

Received: from smarthost.netservers.net (smtp4.netservers.net [64.45.27.104] (may be forged))
