Thanks Ashley, but that's not a solution... it clearly says: "This is an upcoming feature and may be available in a current alpha or beta release."
The optional add-on (which isn't even part of Mailman) requires wrapper-like scripts, MySQL and Perl. Obviously you have no concept of running a mainstream mailinglist or you wouldn't go around assuming that people would be so gullible to just throw a myriad of scripts (not to mention a whole database and an interpreter) on to a production server.
