I think this is the problem, I saw in the logs something about QRUNNER_LOCK_LIFETIME expiring, **wonders how to fix this....**

I found QRUNNER_LOCK_LIFETIME expiring and therefore suddenly having a second qrunner also processing the qfiles. My qrunner lock is now about 30 hrs. and I did not have that problem since.
