[Mailman-Users] No public lists?

I've installed mailman 2.0.13 fresh and configure everything as correctly as I can tell. I have been running mailman on another system for a while so I am fairly familiar with it.

When I create my first list, "test". It doesn't show up on the listinfo page but I can get to the admin page and the listinfo/test page. It also shows up on the /admin page and I can manage it just fine.

Ideas?
