It looks like qmail (or whatever is calling the Mailman aliases) is using the Group ID of 65848 (or perhaps it is undefined). Your best bet is to change qmail's Group ID to 102.
Failing that, if 65848 really is a Group ID in /etc/group then you could re-install Mailman and set it to use the mail gid of 65848. Mailman has a check on the wrapper program (which is run via the MTA: qmail). The check only allows the Mailman user, root, or the MTA to run it. The check looks at the Group ID of application that is trying to start it. In your case when wrapper looks up the Group ID of the application that is trying to start it, the system is giving it the number: 65848.
