Check out the ~mailman/bin/arch command. It will turn an ordinary mbox file into web-based archives ala' Pipermail.
You'll have to put the mbox file in the right place: ~mailman/archives/private/<listname>.mbox/<listname>.mbox (that's from memory, so you should verify it).
