Check out www.nonags.com for a lot of freeware software (including some
mailing list management apps).

On the other hand, you could check out www.redhat.com and probably be a
lot happier in the long run... :-).  If you want to play on the
internet, Windows works.  If you want to work on the internet, then buy
a Unix box or come on-board the Open Source revolution.  Anyone is
welcome to join.
