[Mailman-Users] Controlling header & footer

Greetings,

How can one eliminate the extraneous links below the real header and above the message in posts? Also, my ISP adds several lines of anti-abuse headers. All this makes for amateur-looking, junked up posts. I want to clean it up. Is this possible? How does one do it?
