Check your Mail logs (and the Mailman logs). Sounds like you are running a virtual domain and the Mail setup is not yet working properly. A common problem is to setup a catch-all address for a domain and all mail ends up going there (as opposed to going to one of the Mailman aliases or one of the local users).
