I am using Mailman v 2.1.2, built from scratch. I have tried applying the patch mentioned here:

but it didn't seem to make any difference. I downloaded the patch, and applied it with:
patch -p0 <filename
It patched with no errors other than removing some CR's at the end of the file. No difference, though.
Anyone else seeing this?
