Thanks for the info Richard. At the risk of sounding like a total rookie, where would those logs be found? I have checked the logs in the mailman folder but none of them are called MTA logs, would they be under another name?

You might then be able to track down if and where the message is being bounced. so it bounces I guess and then disables them after so many tries. I would really appreciate help with this issue. My list wranglers are being kicked off their own list on a daily basis.
