I am wondering if anyone is having subscribers complain about Eudora clipping messages? I now have three cases of Eudora 5.x users receiving messages where the messge text is missing. Only the text from msg_header appears. I am running Mailman 2.1.1 on Redhat 9.0 with SpamAssassin.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide. Here is an example of the raw text from a clipped message (the msg_header text appears between the "<><><>" and I have x'ed out the recipient username): Status: RO Return-Path: <colist- [EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: from UCONNVM (NJE origin [EMAIL PROTECTED]) by UCONNVM.UCONN.EDU (LMail V1.2d/1.8d) with BSMTP id 6998; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:50:09 -0400 Received: from mail2.uits.uconn.edu [137.99.25.204] by UConnVM.UConn.Edu (IBM VM SMTP Level 310) via TCP with SMTP ; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:50:09 EDT Received: (from [EMAIL PROTECTED]) by mail2.uits.uconn.edu (8.11.6/8.11.6) id h8M0pnl26376 for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:51:49 -0400 Received: from coserver.uhw.utoledo.edu (uhw085138.uhw.utoledo.edu [131.183.85.138]) by mail2.uits.uconn.edu (8.11.6/8.11.6) with ESMTP id h8M0phP26350 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:51:43 -0400 Received: from uhw085138.uhw.utoledo.edu (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by coserver.uhw.utoledo.edu (8.12.8/8.12.8) with ESMTP id h8M15d1K013658; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 21:05:39 -0400 Received: from server11.safepages.com (server11.safepages.com [216.127.146.25]) by coserver.uhw.utoledo.edu (8.12.8/8.12.8) with ESMTP id h8M0Xp1K013551 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:33:52 - 0400 Received: by server11.safepages.com (Postfix, from userid 1012) id 3013E182723; Mon, 22 Sep 2003 00:11:27 +0000 (GMT) Received: from MEHOME (0-3pool253-185.nas5.toledo1.oh.us.da.qwest.net [65.150.253.185]) by server11.safepages.com (Postfix) with ESMTP id BB66718273B for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Mon, 22 Sep 2003 00:11:26 +0000 (GMT) To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: Sun, 21 Sep 2003 20:12:52 -0400 MIME-Version: 1.0 Subject: CitizenSpeak--free advocacy services Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Priority: normal X-mailer: Pegasus Mail for Windows (v4.12a) Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT Content- description: Mail message body Cc: From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X- BeenThere: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.2 Precedence: list Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List-Id: Discussion list for COMM-ORG <colist.comm-org.utoledo.edu> List-Unsubscribe: <http://comm-org.utoledo.edu/mailman/listinfo/colist>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] org.utoledo.edu?subject=unsubscribe> List-Archive: </pipermail> List-Post: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] org.utoledo.edu> List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] org.utoledo.edu?subject=help> List-Subscribe: <http://comm- org.utoledo.edu/mailman/listinfo/colist>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Errors-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-MailScanner- Information: Please contact the ISP for more information X-MailScanner: Found to be clean X-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam, SpamAssassin (score=0.8, required 5, NO_REAL_NAME 0.82) <><><><><><><><><><><><><><> This is a COMM-ORG "colist" message.
