Hi, the messages are most likely being queued up in the ~mailman/qfiles/out directory.
try running like 5 outgoing qrunners and see if that helps.
I just shut down the qrunners(since I didn't understand the 'slice' business) and ran outgoing by hand, with -v. It ran for about 1 second and shut down, printed zip. qfiles/out is still the same size(actually, its growing slightly.)
Exact syntax was: qrunner -o -v -r Outgoing
