Still haven't gotten a response on this, other than the fact that other people have noticed the same thing (wrote to the list about it a long time back).
When mailmanctl is run with "-s" (supposedly kills stale locks), Mailman spits out the default usage summary, and then "No command given.". Same with "--stale-lock-cleanup".
