You may need to use $prefix/bin/fix_url.py to fix the email and web host related attributes of any existing lists if they were created before you set up you mm_cfg as you describe.
I tried various attempts to set DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST and DEFAULT_URL_HOST in
Defaults.py as well, but I am still having issues. Any thoughts? It's
probably something simple that I'm overlooking...
