Thats where you went wrong I think. I have attachment
stripping working quite well, and I have this set to:
multipart/mixed
multipart/alternative
text/plain
I also have:
filter_content = blank
filter_mime_types = blank
convert_html_to_plaintext = yes
filter_action = discard
