Did you follow the notes under the subheading Existing versus new lists" in the FAQ? In particular, the bit about using the fix_url script?
Strange. I looked at that faq entry several times, and managed not to see that part. Thank you (and Steve Burling) for pointing it out to me, as it did, indeed, fix the problem. I shall endeavor to read more carefully, next time. :)
