hi I have not yet used Mailman, but is it possible to have following two features:
1. I do not want user to subsribe automatically. I want to add them to the lists on my own. (i.e. administrator's interface) 2. Since I have large number of users in each list, I do not want them to flood my postfix server. So is it possible to control the flow of number of messages from mailman to postfix server. (say I want only 100 mails per minute?) I do not want the broadcat on mailing list to reach all the users instantaneously ... somewhat delayed and distributed delivery is required.
